The financial stuff that’s being pinned on Manchester City FC is nothing to do with the club’s management and players. It’s all to do with the nod and wink stuff that went on between the foreign owners, the city council and the bloke who used to be the cosmetic mayor before he ditched the job, turning himself into a confirmed liar, to wreck the country as a cosmetic prime mayor.
