Very peculiar script

How do you have a major incident terrorist attack on an RAF base used by the Americans if the 3 large vans at the scene contained Nett Zero explosives?
    Why would one of the bailed suspects make a 999 call to get armed police to the scene? How weird is it that the local farmer who called the police later actually saw armed coppers swanning about, not terrorists?
    Was it all just a stunt to wind up the local cops as verified by an Iranian denial?
