Bloody Lloyds Bank

I tried to pay some bills yesterday morning and found I couldn’t log on to my bank account. Why? Because the bank had stuck a string of zeros on the front of my user number without telling me and the shorter version wouldn’t work.
    So that was a five-minute job padded out to half an hour, because I had to change the password and the memorable information, and get the change confirmed and authorized by the bank. And I now have to remember the new information and forget the old versions. Bastards!
