Apparently, the government can get rid of 91,000 civil servants who are no longer doing anything useful now that the Chinese plague is a part of the new normal.
    And if it can also boot the energy companies until they reduce their prices under the threat of a windfall tax; or by using that tax; the Treasury should have enough cash to give us CUTS! in about . . . 2025?
