California could well shoot itself in the foot by shoving a 5% tax on billionaires. This could lead to an exodus of them and their tech, as E. Musk did in 2020, reducing California to Fourth World status.
    That’s if the billionaires don’t fight back against the grabbing peasants and their political stooges and neutralize the grab.
