Sounds convincing

According to Dr. Max, the Mind Doctor, a free NHS means that lots of people don’t value it and that’s why they can be bothered to go to medical appointments, and get stroppy if challenged over it.
    And the sacked Chancellor Sunak’s plan to fine no-shows £10 a time won’t work.
    Especially if it turns out that it was the NHS bureaucracy that caused the appointment to be missed; e.g. by recording the appointment but not telling the customer about it; and that fact was covered up.
