Where the film 500 mph Storm comes apart is seeing our hero driving a few inches ahead of a massive twister and ignoring opportunities to turn left or right to get out of its path.
    That and longer shots of the road showing people driving in the opposite direction, apparently unaware of the immense tornado just in front of them.
    And the mad professor hero’s son comes across as T.S.T.S. [Too Stoopid To Survive - Ed.]
