Virgin Media Mystery

I was surprised to find that Virgin Media doesn’t put a company address and phone number on official letters to customers. Why? Has VM become a fly-by-night cowboy outfit operating from some tax haven with no extradition treaty?
    This anonymity is certainly not something you’d expect of a respectable & legitimate company.
