No surprise that the 3 p.m. ‘Run for your lives’ panic phone message from the government’s £25 million system arrived late or not at all last Sunday.
    No surprise that the government spokes offered the lie that there were no ishues. That’s despite BBC presenters live on the news channel having to wibble until the late alert arrived.
