Delivery we can do without

Before last year’s election, Serbia Smarmer said he’d end the (Tory) chaos and deliver change. In the year and a bit of his term in office (but not in charge), all he’s done is change the chaos to Labour chaos.
    Okay, it’s different, ut it’s not better than what we had before and worse in many ways with a flat-line economy delivered by his fantasist of a Chancellor and higher taxes on the way.
    Is Bier an island? Or just a clump of drifting pondweed?
