Adams is Electric!

The Stampeders visited Montreal on Friday nite. The Alouettes started with a FG missed for a single. The next kick scored. The Stamps replied with a TD, 7-4. A bomb pass deep, TD for the Als in Q2. Red zone for the Als, on to a TD, 7-18.
    Red zone, nowhere to pass the ball, Vernon Adams scampered for a TD! 14-18. Just enuff time for the Als to miss a FG and the Stamps to run the ball out of their end zone to save the single.
    A shambles ended with a huge pass play by the Als, DPI in the end zone, Charge! for a TD,14-25. Then a pick stopped the Stamps early. More DPI in the Calgary end zone, another TD. The Stamps lost a TD to a penalty, FG instead, 17-32.
    A snap flew over Adams in Q4, shambles in the Calgary end zone, Adams got the ball back and hurled it for a first down! On to a FG. One by the Als, 20-35. And another. Close to the goal line, the Stamps fumbled the ball into the end zone; to the Als. 20-38 final.
