By the next election, everyone who wants to work in the UK will need a digital ID, sez Serbia Smarmer. Joke! And one which fails to discriminate against the 10 million or so people who have given up work in favour of benefits, or never started it.
And the millions more who have an imaginary illness for which they get benefits to keep them voting Labour.
