A cyclist who kills someone ‘could’ face life in prison, I read. Really? If the law is changed, is that for the rest of the reckless cyclist’s life? Or just one of the life sentences that let the criminal out in a few years depending on the state of prison overcrowding? Which is nothing like the same thing.
