Who’da thunk it?

This may seem rather amazing but nobody I know thinks that energy prices going down in the summer when they don’t use much gas and electricity is reassuring if the prices will be back up again in winter, when lots of consumption goes on.
    And being told about the summer slump by politicians has all the hallmarks of a con job.
