Time is money – for the usual suspects

The inquiry into historical child abuse, which has already made 2 false starts with unsatisfactory chair persons, is expected to take 3 years to shuffle the paperwork. The conclusion then will be either that no one is to blame or that the system was at fault, not the people operating it.
