Oldies getting a vaccination against winter flu and the Chinese plague are offered the option of separate arms or both shots in the same arm. I’ve been told the nurse offers what sounds like a Masochists’ Charter with: “One sore arm or two?” But doesn’t go as far as: “Pity you don’t have three arms!” for the masochists.
